Kentec Electronics Ltd, the UK's leading independent manufacturer of fire detection and alarm control panels, has announced its purchase of substantially all the assets of leading American fire alarm and detection company Viking Electronic Services and the creation of VES LLC - a wholly owned US subsidiary of Kentec Electronics Ltd..

By combining our engineering and development resources, we now have the ability to give dealers and customers more innovative new products, faster.  And, we will be able to market the eLAN™ fire alarm system with its UL listings and FM approvals to other world markets.”
