Blaze tackled at a building site in Glasgow, Scotland by fire crews

A building site in the Robroyston area of Glasgow, Scotland suffered a large blaze on the 19th March, which firefighters tackled.
The area is understood to be a brand new housing development which is currently under construction in Wallacewall Quadrant.
A spokesman for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service commented that there were no casualties from the blaze, and that crews were despatched to the scene at around 19:25.
Images that circulated on social media displayed that there were flames and giant plumes of smoke that were emerging from the scene.
